Driver, 86, hit by DUI suspect
December 24, 2004 No CommentsAn 86-year-old woman was hospitalized with head and leg injuries Wednesday after her car was struck by a motorist suspected of being under the influence of drugs, police said.
The victim was trying to make a left turn onto Loring Street when her car was hit by a speeding Camaro on Soledad Mountain Road about 1:45 p.m., police said. The driver of the Camaro was arrested.
