CHULA VISTA — Police arrested 15 suspected drunken drivers Friday and Saturday in Chula Vista in conducting a DUI checkpoint and general patrol over the weekend.
Of the 692 drivers who were stopped, 15 were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, two were arrested for outstanding warrants and 31 vehicles were impounded for various violations, authorities said.
