Drunk Driver, 19 Injures Two after Collision
June 30, 2007 No CommentsPolice arrested a man suspected of driving under the influence yesterday after his car collided with another in Pacific Beach, leaving two people injured.
The accident occurred about 6:45 p.m. as the 19-year-old sped north on Gresham Street, ran a stop sign at Loring Street and hit a westbound car, police said.
The driver of that car, a 21-year-old woman, suffered a broken pelvis, and a male passenger complained of pain. Both were taken to local hospitals.
