Crosswalk rage
October 14, 2007 No CommentsAn apparent case of crosswalk rage resulted in a young man being dragged from his car and beaten in Pacific Beach early this morning.Police said the victim was driving on Jewell Street near Garnet Street about 1:40 a.m. when he honked his horn at a pedestrian in the roadway. The pedestrian then assaulted the driver, who was taken to a hospital with severe head trauma.
The suspect was described as a 6-foot-2 black man in his 20s weighing about 190 pounds. He wore a blue shirt and dark pants.
