Drunk Man Crossing Street In PB Hit By Car
April 6, 2011 No CommentsA 23-year-old man is recuperating Wednesday after he was struck by a car while attempting to cross a Pacific Beach street while drunk, police said.
The man was attempting to cross the 2700 block of Garnet Avenue about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday when he was struck by an Infinity sedan, according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.
He was drunk and not using the crosswalk, Delimitros said, adding that the driver was a 68-year-old woman.
