Not sure what you mean about ‘shutting down bars at 12am’. I haven’t heard that suggestion over the last several years. What this is about is helping bad business operators do better business. Kind of like having a babysitter. How many 14 year old’s think they need a babysitter? Probably few. Same with bad business operators … how many of them want someone reminding them of the rules and disciplining them? Zero I’ll bet.
OMG- very powerful video. It seems like these people were in bars seconds before these pics were taken. Did no one notice how f’d up they were? Heartbreaking to see those gorgeous young women slayed out on the ground helpless and vulnerable to exploitation…
Those people chose to imbibe that much alcohol. Bars continually refuse to serve people who are obviously drunk but some people drink so fast that they look like that before the bar staff can see that have consumed so much. Your solution is not real. Shutting down bars at 12:00am is not a solution. If you don’t like the bars in PB then move out of PB. There are plenty of places without bars. Try Rancho Bernardo, you’ll fit in better.
